what is London dispersion forces ?

I need simple definition and very understandable answer...

as you know that electron exist as a cloud in the form of dispersed charges it is easily mouldable. when two different atoms approach Each Other their electrons also apply force on each other leading to the Dispersion of electron cloud into any asymmetrical shape and this change of electron cloud shape is due to the electrostatic force operated which is termed as London dispersion forces in chemistry.
