Loudness refers to how loud or soft a sound seems to a listener. Theloudness of sound is determined, in turn, by the intensity, or amount of energy, in sound waves. The unit of intensity is the decibel (dB). As decibel levels get higher, sound waves have greater intensity and sounds are louder.
In physics, intensity is the power transferred per unit area, where the area is measured on the plane perpendicular to the direction of propagation of the energy. In the SI system, it has units watts per square metre (W/m2).
Pitch is a term used to describe how high or low a note a being played by a musical instrument or sung seems to be.

The pitch of a note depends on the frequency of the source of the sound.

Frequency is measured in Hertz (Hz), with one vibration per second being equal to one hertz (1 Hz).

A high frequency produces a high pitched note and a low frequency produces a low pitched note.

Note: It is a certain frequency that you write or read. Pitch: is a certain frequency that you sing or play. Tone: is a certain frequency that you hear. Timbre: is a certain quality (or color) of the tone, depending on the instrument and how you play/sing thetone.

Loudness : Loudness of a sound depends upon the amplitude of the vibrating body producing the sound.
It depends on the sensitivity of our ears.

Intensity : Intensity of a sound is defined as the sound energy transferred per unit time through a unit area placed perpendicular to the direction of the propagation of sound.

Pitch : Pitch is the characteristic of a sound that depends on the frequency received by a human ear.

Note : A sound which is produced by the mixture of many frequencies is called a note.

Tone : A sound of single frequency is called a tone.
