The fluid present in the lymph vessels is called lymph.
It doesn't contain the blood rather it contains lymph, some leukocytes, fats, proteins etc.
Just like the blood vessels there are lymph vessels which carry the lymph and other components__
Main Functions :
1).Helps in the immune system of body.
2).Conveys fats in the form of chylomicrons.
3).Contains nodes which get enlarged if there is any infection in the body.

Lymph is another component of transportation of material in our body. It ia type of fluid present in lymph vessels and lymph nodes which helps in transportation
