When a company opened its production unity in more than one country that will be considered as MNC.  MNC has a prominent role to influence the production of various countries. It brings FDI from other countries . it brings new advanced technology in the field of production. It brings high tech production management skill from developed countries. It also gives more job opportunity to the peoples of developing countries. But it exploited the natural resources of developing countries. Some time it proves harmful for local small producers.
