Answer:

"Machine language, or machine code, is a low-level language comprised of binary digits (ones and zeros). High-level languages, such as Swift and C++ must be compiled into machine language before the code is run on a computer. Since computers are digital devices, they only recognize binary data."

It is the only language that is directly understood by the computer.

It is in form of 0 & 1 i.e binary digits

0 stands for OFF

and 1 stands for ON

It decides which parts of a computer must work to process  the right data.

Also coding is too much difficult when using it.

The other languages do use easier coding languages that may reduce the time taken to programme  a computer.
