Fix a plastic cup on a stand. Put a magnet inside the cup and cover it with paper. Take an  iron clip and attach a thread to it. Fix the other end of the thread at the base of the stand.  Bring the clip near the base of the cup and the clip rises in the air without support as it gets  attracted to the magnet in the cup.
