Answer:

Hey friend here is your answer:-

Magnetism is one aspect of the combined electromagnetic force. It refers to physical phenomena arising from the force caused by magnets, objects that produce fields that attract or repel other objects. ... Permanent magnets, made from materials such as iron, experience the strongest effects, known as ferromagnetism.

Hope this answer helps you.

Hey dude........

In physics, magnetism is a force that can attract (pull closer) or repel (push away) objects that have a magnetic material like iron inside them (magnetic objects). In simpler words, it is a property of certain substances which pull closer or repel other objects.

Five basic types of magnetism have been observed and classified on the basis of the magnetic behavior of materials in response to magnetic fields at different temperatures.

These types of magnetism are:

  1. Ferromagnetism,
  2. Ferrimagnetism,
  3. Antiferromagnetism,
  4. Paramagnetism, and
  5. Diamagnetism.

Some example of magnetism :

  1. Refrigerator magnets- artwork & messages.
  2. Refrigerator magnets- to seal and close the doors.
  3. Metal machine shop holding devices.
  4. Scrap yard and steel mill lifting.
  5. Separation of materials.
