Moving from one point to another is called motion.

Average velocity means, the ratio of the total displacement and total time of motion.
            Avg velocity = Total displacement / total time

Velocity is the rate of change in displacement
               Velocity = Displacement / time

Answer:

1.In mathematics, the magnitude or size of a mathematical object is a property which determines whether the object is larger or smaller than other objects of the same kind. More formally, an object's magnitude is the displayed result of an ordering —of the class of objects to which it belongs.

2.In physics, motion is the phenomenon in which an object changes its position over time. Motion is mathematically described in terms of displacement, distance, velocity, acceleration, speed, and time.

3.Average velocity is calculated by the formula V = D/t, where V equals the average velocity, D equals total displacement and t equals total time.

4.The velocity of an object is the rate of change of its position with respect to a frame of reference, and is a function of time. Velocity is equivalent to a specification of an object's speed and direction of Motion
