• $\longmapsto$Email Channel means a written message to the Customer by an End-Customer using a ‘corporate’ email address from its PC.

• $\longmapsto$Channel means a natural or artificial watercours with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.

• $\longmapsto$Hyperlink means a reference or link from some point in one data message directing a browser or other technology or functionality to another data message or point therein or to another place in the same data message;

• $\longmapsto$Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

• $\longmapsto$Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

• $\longmapsto$Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.

• $\longmapsto$Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

• $\longmapsto$Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

• $\longmapsto$Click occurs when a bona fide Internet user (which excludes a robot, spider, software, scraper or other mechanical, artificial or fraudulent means, or a person who is not seeking to use the Partner Network for a legitimate web search, e.g., has been paid or otherwise motivated to click) clicks on a Prioritized Listing and accesses the destination Site.
