Answer:

Resistance is the opposition offered to the flow of current. It is expressed in ohm.

Resistivity is the constant value that requires some conditions such as temperature, length of conductor & area of cross section. It is expressed as ohm per metre.

Both have a relation by the formula,

R \:  =  \alpha  \frac{l}{a}

Where l is the length of conductor, a is the area of cross section, R is the resistance & alpha as the Resistivity constant.

Dekh Bhai resistance hota hai ek wire ki conduct karne ki capacity

Aur resistivity bhi vahi hoti hai par bas specific conditions me eg. 20 celcius and length is 1m and area of cross section is 1m²
