Majoritarlism is a concept which encourage and signifies the majority community to rule the nation with disregarding minority.
In Sri Lanka this concept led to civil war because when govt encourage sinhala and disrespect Tamils, then the Tamils felt angry which led to the civil war and it decreases the population and the economy level of Sri Lanka.
It was a curse for Sri Lanka as it make disturbances in the country.
