I don't remember properly but it must be something like this.

Majoritism means the rule in which all the powers are in the hands of the majority community. In this rule, the minority usually doesn't have a say in the working of the government and they are often suppressed.

If you are following NCERT textbook of class 10, you must be familiar with the case study of the civil war in Srilanka, which happened due to same reasons. Tha majority Sinhala speakers didn't wanted to share the power with the minority Tamil speakers and people of religions other that of buddhism.
