As evitable from the name, man-made resources are substances created by humans.

They do not have a natural occurrence, instead consumed and produced by humans for their own purpose.

Any substance that add value to human lives and are not produced naturally fall into this category. Few examples of such resources would be Hospitals, research centres, government agencies.
