Akbar introduced the mansabdari system that is a system which consisted of a hierarchy of ranks of officers in 1574 CE . Mansab in Arabic means rank

Mansahari system was the administrative system of mughal emperor introduced by Akbar.
The word manasab means rank or position.Hence determined rhe rank of a government officialand also other miliatory generals.
