1. When we push an object such as a box or lift a bucket of water then, the force is caused by the action of muscles in our body this force is known as muscular force.

2. A force that involves contact with another object and which produces a change in state of rest or motion is called mechanical force.

3.  Frictional force is a contact force that acts in the opposite direction to the motion of an object. This force can cause objects in motion to come to rest, as they act in the opposite direction to its motion.
