- Inertia is a property or tendency of every object to resist any change in its state of rest or of uniform Force and Laws of Motion. It is measured by the mass of an object. The heavier the object, the greater will be its inertia.
- In the context of Newton's Second Law, mass is a measure of the inertia of an object; that is, it is a measure of how that particular object resists a change in motion due to a force (we can think of a large acceleration as a large change in motion, as the velocity vector of the object will change more).

Hlo_ here's Ur Answer ⬇️
The moment of inertia, otherwise known as the mass moment of inertia, angular mass or rotational inertia, of a rigid body is a quantity that determines the torque needed for a desired angular acceleration about a rotational axis, akin to how mass determines the force needed for a desired acceleration
m = Sum of the product of the mass. r = Distance from the axis of the rotation. ⇒ The dimensional formula of the moment of inertia is given by, M1 L2 T0. The role of the moment of inertia is the same as the role of mass in linear motion.
