Mathematical Photography is a project done by 12th grade math students at High Tech High Media Arts. The goal of this project was to find the math in photography. Students captured and discussed the rule of thirds, apeture, shutter speed and many more concepts through imagery . Naturally we are drawn to objects that are aesthetically pleasing. Positioning your subject or subjects for a photograph is all about aesthetics. As a photographer, you want your image to appealing to the eye and well balanced. For experienced photographers, the rule of thirds is embedded in their eyes.
