1) Matrix is a type of tissue structure of plants and animals, this includes the size, shape, and the growth of plants or animals.

2) Matrix can be in both solid or liquid, this structural issues also includes the bones of the animal or it's size or shape.

3) Yes meristematic tissues lack vacuoles because this have the massively embryonic multiple, this have very thin cell wall.
