Matter:-Anybody which occupies space, possess mass and whose presence can be felt by our sense organs is called matter.
✔Example : - Air , water , solid.
✔The entire universe is filled with energy , neither it possess mass nor it occupies space.
Energy:-Energy is the capacity to do work . There are many kinds of energy .
✔Example - Mechanical energy, Heat or thermal energy , light energy, Magnetic Energy and chemical energy.
