HEY MATE!! UR ANSWER:
Diffusion is the property of matter which is based on the motion of its particles. Diffusion occurs in gases, liquids and solids. Diffusion is fastest in gases and slowest in solids. The rate of diffusion increases on increasing the temperature of the diffusing substance. The rate of diffusion in liquids is faster than solids because in liquids molecules have agreater amount of space between them as compared to solids, or we can say they are less tightly packed. also, liquids can flow butsolids cannot.
