What is mean by 30% of alcohol solution

It is concentration of alcohol solution. Concentration of solution = mass of solute / mass of solution *100. 30% = 30gm of alcohol/ 100 gm of alcohol solution *100 thus it means. 30gm of alchol in 100gm alcohol solution or. 30 gm of alcohol in 70gm water.
