It's the branch of science and technology concerned with the design building and use of helicopters, aeroplanes, rockets, orbiters, satellites, landers, rovers etc or in short machines that fly either in the Earth's atmosphere or can be put in it's orbit or even the orbit, atmosphere or surface of another planet or even interstellar space. It has 3 branches aeronautics, astronautics and avionics. Aeronautics deals with the aircrafts, astronautics deals with spacecrafts and avionics deals with the electrical side of aeronautics and astronautics.
