actually in co-ordinate geometry , two type of co-ordinate exist .
e.g Cartesian and polar

Cartesian geometry used in only linear notation . e.g x -axis (abcissa ) , y-axis (ordinate ) and z -axis .

polar geometry used in which angular position required .
example ;- any particle inclination with x -axis is 60° it means here used polar geometry .

relation between Cartesian and polar --
let @ is polar angle and polar radius is r and x , and y are abcisssa and ordinate of Cartesian geometry .

now,
tan@ = y/x

r^2 = x^2 + y^2

Lightt: thankyou
