Simply Chromosome is a thread like structure contains DNA(Deoxyribonucleic Acid) and carry out genes from one place to another .X for men and Y for the female sex chromosomes respectively.The human species has 23 pairs of chromosomes in which one pair is sex chromosome and remaining are autosomes
