COMBUSTION: A chemical material reacts with oxygen present in the air to generate heat is combustion.

The materials which burn when brought near flame are said to be combustible materials.

NON COMBUSTION: The material which do not burn are called as non- combustible materials.

INFLAMMABLE SUBSTANCE: The subjects which have very low ignition temperature and easily catch fire are called inflammable substances..........

WHAT IS COMBUSTION ?

Ans ) The chemical process in which a substance reacts with Oxygen ( O2 ) and gives off light and heat is called combustion .

* Combustible substances :
==>> Substances that undergo combustion are called combustible substances .Eg : Paper , wood ,charcoal , coal etc...In short these substances burn.

* Non - combustible substances :
==>>Substances that don't go combustion or can't bun are called non - combustible substances.Eg : Stone, aluminium ,steel ,iron etc....

* Inflammable substances :
==>>Substances that have a very low ignition temperature and burn very quickly and effectively are called inflammable substances.Eg : Petrol ,LPG ,Charcoal etc...
