judiciary is independent to punish people who break the law
the judges of supreme court retire at age of 65 and of high court at age of 62.
jusiciary can change the laws if it violate

by independence of judiciary we mean its independence from the control of the executive and the legislative . This also mean a fair , impartial ,honest and fearless judiciary.It should be above favor and frown in giving its judgement and in doing its duty as a gardian of the constitution and the right of people .
