lack of internal democracy :within parties in world there is a tendency which political party is towards the concentration of power and one of you leaders at the top. what is do not keep membership registers do not hold organisational meetings and do not conduct internal elections regularly ordinary members of the party do not get sufficient information on what happens inside the party de do not have means of connections needed to influence the decision as a result leaders assume greater number of power to make decisions is the name of the party.
