Three type of motion:-

1) Transnational motion:- In transnational motion, a body moves in a straight line without any rotational.

e.g Motion of train, motion of airplane.

2) Rotational motion :- The spinning motion of a body about its axis is called rotational motion.

e.g motion of the wheel

3) Vibration motion:- The motion of a body about its mean position is know as vibrational motion.
