• The Overage Learners is the learner or the students who are older than the average educational age range in any educational institution

• There could be many reasons for being an overage learner such as being financially weak and unstable at the age of schooling or being unable to pass the class he/she reads in therefore these reasons for repeating the class makes him/her older than any other classmates of his/her.

• It has been observed that many overage learners get bullied and intimidated for being overage learners which are ultimately condemned by society because there is no age limit for gaining knowledge or a degree.
