HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:

A prime number is a number that is divisible by be only two numbers , those are 1 and itself.

Example of prime numbers : 2,3,5,7,..

Now, a prime factor is a factor of number which is prime in nature .

For example , factors of 15 = 3×5 ,

3, and 5 are prime numbers , thus they re the prime factors of 15.
