A force acting perpendicular to a surface is called thrust.

The thrust acting per unit area is called pressure.

thrust is the perpendicular force on an object . the unit of thrust is Newton 'N'
and
pressure is the force acting per unit area. the unit of pressure is Pascal 'P' ...
