Whisper is the sanitary napkin used by girls during their menstrual cycle.

It helps to collects the leakage of blood which comes out of their external genitalia.

So it is used by girls only

Whisper is a sanitary pad/napkin.

As during menstruation the blood flows from the vagina for a period of 5-6 days so that's why girls wear it.

Only girls wear it because only WOMEN have menstruation cyle and not MEN.
