landlord system is same as zamindari system here zamindari has much land and they give Farmers to cultivate

It as the revenue settlement introduced by the governor general lord cornawallis in Bengal, Bihar and Orissa..It was also called Permanent Settlement.
The zamindars were to collect revenue from the peasants and pay a fixed amt to the East India Company. The zamindars became hereditary owner so long as they paid land revenue.
