Mean- The average, you find this by adding all the numbers together, and dividing it by the number of numbers.
Example: 4,2,3,5. Added together, they equal 14. Then, you do 14/4, or 14 divided by 4 because you have 4 numbers.
Median- The middle number, you line up the numbers in order from smallest to largest, and cross one out on each side at a time.
Example: 2,3,4,5. You cross out 2 and 5. sometimes, you need the real median number, or you're allowed to put two numbers. the median would be either 3.5 or 3 and 4.
Mode= The most common or frequent number, there is no mode for 2,3,4, and 5,
but if your numbers were 2,3,4, 5, 4, and 6, your mode would be 4.
