newtow ke first law aur second law theoritically same hai par, first law ineratia ko define karta hai, ki "koi bhi object ya toh stationary ya toh motion mai hi rahegi jab tak uss par kai external force apply na ho" , isse defination ke adhar par ek frame set hui he, jeese inertial frame mana gaya hai, in reality inertial frame does not exist, kyu ki hum earth par khade hai toh hum earth ke hisab se stationary hai par earth rotate and revolve kar raha hai, sun apne galactic center par gum raha hai aur sath sath universe expand ho raha hai , toh batao hum stationary kaise huae, isse uljan ko sul jane ke lia "inertial frame" earth ko supose kiya gaya hai ,isse inertial frame ke benna ham newton second law nahi istamal kar sakte.
koi bhi object agar motion me hai to motion me hi rahega or agar rest position par hai to rest position par hi rahega or jis direction me motion kr raha hai usi me rahega or ye sab tabhi hoga jab hum koi external force nahi lga rhe ho. this is called inertia. hume object ki state ko change krne k liye external force ki jarurat hogi. agar koi doubt abhi bhi ho to comment kr dena.
