TIME AND A REFERENCE POINT.THEN , IT IS SAID TO BE IN MOTION.

IF A BODY DON'T CHANGE IT'S POSITION WITH RESPECT TO

TIME AND A REFERENCE POINT.THEN, IT IS SAID TO BE IN REST.

body at rest means the state of object which doesn't change its position with passage of time. ex: wall,building etc

body at motion means the object changes its position with passage of time.ex: rotating blades of the fan,moving vehicle etc
