here's your answer

WHAT ARE INTERNET BLACK HOLES?
well.. as you may know.. black holes are big holes in space... they have an enormous amount of energy to suck up even enormous substances..

in a similar way.. let's look up at the meaning of internet black hole..

INTERNET BLACK HOLES:
just as normal space black holes stop you and your surroundings.. in a very similar manner . internet black holes become obstacles in your networking.. they are particularly certain points in your networking system where your connection is dropped or stopped.. without informing you that the data connection is lost..i.e. the sender or the recipient

for example. you must be normally surfing through the net and may have come against a note in between that says " can't connect to the network" or " data connection is lost" etc..
but while you're encountering a black hole (networking black holes) this doesn't happen..

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU
