The phrase ‘Treble of heaven’s harmony’ appears in the poem ‘The Heart of the Tree’.

‘Treble’ has at least two meanings here.
To begin with, ‘treble’ can refer to the high pitch of the birds. In music, the higher tones make up the treble. So, the phrase means that as the birds sing to their young ones, it is well in tune with the kind of harmony that God wanted. It shows natural harmony and connects nature to heaven. God too wishes for such harmony to exist on earth, whereby humans plant trees, on which birds can live and sing.

‘Treble’ also means ‘triple’ or ‘threefold’. Thus, the phrase now refers to the harmony between three different entities. It explores the connection between humans, birds (or nature) and God.  As the poet connects humans to the birds and then the birds to heaven, he establishes a relationship between humans and God. In all the cases, the tree plays an instrumental role in promoting harmony at a physical level and at a spiritual level.

Hope it helps:-)
