Asexual reproduction means reproduction is not dependent on s-ex of the organism, as s-ex orientation doesn't exists, i.e., there is no male or female. E.g. reproduction in hydra plant.
Sexual reproduction depends on the s-ex orientation, i.e, male and female reproductive part must come in contact with each other to reproduce. In this process, plants produces offspring by the fusion of gametes present in flower.
