Binary fission

occurs in unicellular organisms like amoeba,paramecium and euglena. In, parents organisms splits or divide to form two new organisms of the same kind.

Budding

a small outgrowth called bud is formed on the body of parents organisms which grows in size and gets detached to form a new organisms.
