molecules:- atoms combine together to form molecules .in other words molecule is a group of atoms.

Atom is the smallest particle which cannot be further divided. Matter is made up of atoms. Molecules are the combination of atoms. For example, H2O(Water). It is an combination of two atoms of Hydrogen and one atom of oxygen.
