Answer:
Forces that are equal in size but opposite in direction are called balanced forces. Balanced forces do not cause a change in motion. When balanced forces act on an object at rest, the object will not move. ... Forces that cause a change in the motion of an object are unbalanced forces.

•Balanced forces:-) If a number of forces are acting on a body and the body doesn't move, then the forces are said to be balanced forces
The resultant of any number of forces acting on a body is 0.
Example- In a tug of war game, the two teams pulling string from opposite direction with equal forces , so that there no motion, the forces are said to be balanced forces.
•Unbalanced forces:-) If the resultant of forces acting on a body is non-zero, the state of rest or motion of the body changes, such forces are called unbalanced forces.
For example- In a tug of war game, the two teams pulling string from opposite direction exert forces F1 and F2 such that F1 > F2, the the string will be pulled towards one side where the forces will be more.Such forces are called unbalanced forces.
Hope it helps...!!!!
