I want to answer the second question ------------

waste bins are coloured green because the peels of the fruit and vegetables are put in the green bins and or other things but not plastics materials . by doing this it can be put on the soil .

and in another bin the plastic materials are put down the bins for reusing the materials.

by doing these two methods we make our environment clean and
clear .

the workers should reuse the plastics and we can reuse the plastics

put down the peels of vegetables and fruits for fertilizing the soil
