the inhalation and exhalation of a breath is know as breathing . and the mechanism of breathing in humans is when the air passes through nose it goes to windpipe then to trachea then lungs comes where in lungs comes the alveoli bronchioles etc which purify the breath means the oxygen is send to the different body parts and co2 is given out
