Breathing is the process of moving air particles in and out from your lungs, and simultaneously the diaphragm muscles started to move in the upward and downward direction in the chest.

  • The process of Breathing in is known as inhalation.

  • The process of Breathing out is known as exhalation.

During meticulous or attentive exercise the rate of breathing increases than the normal rate, and this happens because our body needs more oxygen for producing more energy in the body cells.

Due to this increment in the production of Carbon dioxide the speed of breathing increases too and therefore oxygen is quickly supplied to other body cells and carbon dioxide is oftenly removed through the lungs.
