buffer stock is defined as a supply which is kept as a reserve and when in case there are future demand and supply demands,they can use them.
*it is created by the government to supply the poor people and poor places where people suffer for food
*it is all the necessary food (wheat , rice and other grains)
*it is also given at a lesser rate which makes it possible for poor to afford.
