Hii viewer here's ur answer
CAPTCHA(an acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing  test to tell Computers and Humans Apart") is a type of  challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not  the user is human.
The CAPTCHA was first invented by Mark D. Lillibridge, Martin Abadi, Krishna Bharat and Andrei Z. Broder.
Captchas are used as turing test and used in 1997 at AltaVista to prevent bots from adding URLs to their search engine.
In the above captcha my name is altered by adding some twists, fadeness and light-background color.
After the success of captcha the modern captchas like reCAPTCHA came to the picture. reCAPTCHA is developed by Luis von Ahn, Ben Maurer, Colin McMillen, David Abraham and Manuel Blum at Carnegie Mellon University's main Pittsburgh campus. reCAPTCHA asks users to enter words seen in distorted text images onscreen.

Also you can use audio help to get the word.
The reCAPTCHA made it possible to digitize the book word by word. From the above reCAPTCHA shown i.e my name, the "Singh" is image onscreen and when you enter the correct word you some how digitized it. Hence, word by word books are digitizing and can be available in PDFs or any soft format
hope ull get my answer plzz mark as brainliest one
