Coordination in human beings is of two types

Nervous and chemical


Chemical coordination simply means some hormones are produced (or secreted) in our body to maintain the coordination

For eg

Thyroxine which is a secretion of thyroid gland which which controls over all body metabolism ( Meanings Metabolism :- Sum of total reactions occurring in the body of organism is called metabolism)
