A number that has no real solution is known as Complex Number.

As for example,

We can find the real roots of √2, √3, etc

but there is no real roots of √-2 , √-5 etc.

So this type of number is said to be Complex Number.

Hope this helps ✌✌✌

Answer:

  • Complex numbers are numbers that consist of two parts — a real number and an imaginary number. Complex numbers are the building blocks of more intricate math, such as algebra.

  • Every real number is a complex number, but every complex number is not necessarily a real number.

  • A complex number can be written in the form a + bi where a and b are real numbers (including 0) and i is an imaginary number. Therefore a complex number contains two 'parts': one that is real. and another part that is imaginary.
