A solution is a homogeneous mixture of solute and solvent.

Concentration of a solution is defined as the amount of solute present in the solute of a solution.

Now a solution with high concentration has high amount of solute in its solvent.

A low concentration solution has less concentration of solute in its solvent.

Hope it helps you.

Have a nice day!
